Lantern Parade Development Meeting

If you’d like to be involved in developing the Winter Lantern Parade – join us on 25 January

Thursday, 25 January. 4–6pm (overlap meeting from 5.30pm)
Royal Tunbridge Wells Together offices, Unit EK7, Royal Victoria Place , Tunbridge Wells TN1 2SP

We have now confirmed a meeting to discuss what needs to be done to put together a truly communal event which will encompass the many different communities in Tunbridge Wells.

The most popular time for the meeting was 4pm but we understand that some people will not be able to come until after work, so we plan to have an ‘overlap’ meeting from 5.30pm onwards, to accommodate as many people as possible.

Light refreshments will be available.

We need help with:

  • Fundraising / sponsorship
  • Marketing
  • Managing website/social media
  • Road Closures and related issues
  • Storage and transport

At the meeting we would like to put together a steering group which can move things forward.

We would very much to welcome you to help with developing this iconic Tunbridge Wells event further.
